My philosophy is that living well means enjoying life while nourishing your body & mind. As a dietitian and health advocate, I can't stress enough how essential (and delicious!) it is to eat more whole plant-based foods to fuel yourself. However, I believe eating is to be enjoyed; and having a cookie or donut now and then helps me enjoy the little things life has to offer.

Michael Pollan's  sage advice on eating certainly sums up the most healthful way to nourish ourselves with minimal impact on our precious planet. Perhaps you've been inspired by these words, as I have, but need guidance on how to translate them into your daily life. That's where I come in!
